I'll get the minutes out in the morning, but tonight I am sending out the medical form. PLEASE have this filled out at the next meeting, that being said this form is an editable PDF, so you can type all of the information into it.
If you are going horseback riding on the 20th you must bring me your medical form or I can not take you horseback riding.
Everyone owes me a medical form - adults and youth, they are good for one year from the date signed on the form. Thanks!!
