I think it would be a good idea to get as many people to this meeting as possible. Nikki and I will be at our IOLS mandatory pre-course so we will be unable to attend. Please let me know if you can OR can NOT attend and if you have any questions.

This is a huge act of effort on behalf of our council to support us, and we need to show that we want their time and energy.

Dear Ventures and Sea Scouts,

You are invited to the Longhorn Council Venturing Officers Association meeting 7:00pm April 19^th, 2012. We will be meeting in the down stairs Conference room at the Longhorn Council Office at 850 Cannon Drive Hurst Texas.

We will start with a formal meeting at 7:00pm to discuss input for events as well as what the Venturing Officers Association needs to do in support of your crew. If you are unable to attend and would like to be apart using webinar/call in please e-mail 662crosstimbers@bsamail.org. Wednesday next week you will receive an e-mail with directions of how to call in and connect using the webinar system.

After the formal meeting the Longhorn Council Mobile Climbing wall will be available if the weather permits.
